I came to love nutrition through my own health journey.

I received my Nutrition Therapist Certification from Hawthorn University in 2022. My mission since then has been to help families reconnect their bodies with nature through their food. I believe there is nothing more vital in life than giving your body the nutrition it needs through a whole foods diet. I also believe in bio-individuality, which means that every body is different.
